Definitions and Applicability

The following terms used in this Agreement have the meanings defined below:

• "Platform" or "pa99" — The pa99 website, all its pages, services, games, and related features.

• In cases of suspicious activity, withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction is found to have been completed through fraudulent, chargeback, or illegal means, the associated account will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities may be notified.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users on pa99 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000.

Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus offer is available once per user, household, address, or IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Misuse of bonuses or attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts may result in account closure.
• pa99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Gaming Rules

Game Play Rules

Server Outages

If an ongoing betting round is affected by an internet disconnection or device failure, the data stored on the server will be considered final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pa99. Any of these may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false information to obtain bonus benefits.
• Match fixing, collusion, or attempting to artificially influence outcomes.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Harassing, intimidating, or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographic restrictions.
